We had a great time exploring numbers on Number Day. In assembly, we read the book Nigel's Numberless World. The children discussed what the world would be like without numbers. We used stories to inspire us. In EYFS, the children explored the number ten through the book 'Ten in the Bed'. In Year 1, the children investigated sharing using the story 'The Doorbell Rang'. Year 2 used the book 'How Many Jelly Beans' and explored data handling skills.
