During this week's school activities, our Science lesson was filled with excitement as we delicately sowed sunflower seeds. We set up an enquiry to see if removing each of the conditions a seed needs to grow would affect its growth. We planted one seed (our controlled plant) with all the necessary conditions to survive and thrive for comparison. We can't wait to see which ones grow!
In addition, in our Maths lesson this week, we explored the world of adding money, combining various coins and notes. It would be beneficial if this learning could be extended to real-life situations, such as when you visit a shop.
