Welcome to Year 1! We are delighted to introduce our Year 1 teaching team below. This page gives you the opportunity to find out a little more about the adults who will be supporting your child throughout the year. We are passionate about creating a happy, inclusive and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued, challenged and supported to achieve their best. We look forward to working in partnership with you and your child during an exciting year of learning and discovery.

Our termly topic overviews provide an insight into the exciting learning taking place across the curriculum each term. They outline the key knowledge, skills and experiences that children will develop in subjects such as English, mathematics, science, history, geography, art and computing -  to name a few. The overviews are designed to help parents and carers support learning at home, celebrate children’s achievements and stay informed about the rich and engaging curriculum on offer in Year 1.
